Guiuan Mayor Annaliza Gonzales-Kwan and Region VIII Regional TESDA Director Gamaliel Vicente Jr. together with Eastern Samar Provincial TESDA Director Dr. Antonio Waniwan visited the location where the building of TESDA Provincial Training Center (PTC)-Eastern Samar (Guiuan Campus) will soon to rise.

“Mayor Annaliz, I am very grateful for the 1,000 square meters land that you donated to TESDA. It is your legacy to the people of Guiuan and to the Estehanons,” RD Vicente said to Mayor Gonzales-Kwan as they were surveying and measuring the area with the team of Engr. Joselito Baes, the Guiuan Municipal Assessor on April 14, 2021.
