Due to the recent surge of cases in Guiuan which included several unrelated local cases, we are declaring that there is already an ongoing COMMUNITY TRANSMISSION in Guiuan.
Please strictly observe health protocols at all times, including wearing of masks and faceshields, social distancing of at least 1 meter and strict hand hygiene.
We strongly advise that unless absolutely necessary, everyone should stay at home especially those who are considered high risk (elderly, with other illness, pregant).
Anyone with any symptoms related to COVID-19 such as fever, cough, colds, and body weakness among others should immediately isolate themselves and contact your local health authorities.
